Single Shaft

The Rotajet SS single shaft shredders have been developed as extremely rugged machines suitable for heavy duty applications. They can be used to grind various materials such as lumps, large hollow parts, film, fiber and paper down to a particle size of about 25mm. The SS series of single shaft shredders comes with numerous features, innovative controls and different choices of rotors specifically designed for various material types. All shredders operate at low speeds, thus generating operating at lower noise levels.

Two Shaft

The Rotajet twin shaft shredding systems contain a host of additional features and systems as standard to ensure system reliability. Sturdy construction, studious application of steel hardening processes on high wear parts, high integrity shaft seals and oversized hexagonal cutter shafts help to ensure unrivalled mechanical reliability. The fully integrated control system provides a number of further protection features to ensure the system is not compromised including motor temperature monitoring, in-process current sensing and pre-programmed un-blocking sequences.
