Depacking systems
Food Depacking
Rotajet manufacture a range of food depacking systems used for segregation of food stuffs from plastic and carboard packaging. Depending on the packaging we either recommend a screw compactor type machine or a high speed rotating paddle machine, both machines have benefits over each other but generally the screw type is used for soft packaging (carboard, PET etc..) and the high speed for hard packaging (steel cans, steel buckets etc…)
The depacking systems are normally used in conjunction with a Rotajet recycling system, this ensures the waste packaging can be washed rinsed and dried and sold for reprocessing.
Machines can also be manufactured from stainless steel if required

General Container Depacking

Depending on the packaging we either recommend a screw compactor type machine, high speed rotating paddle machine or shredder each machine has benefits over each others but generally the screw type is used for soft packaging (carboard, PET etc..) and the high speed for hard packaging (steel cans, steel buckets etc…) and the shredder for high volumes and full pallet loads.
