About us:

With over 30 years experience, “Rotajet Systems Limited” continue to lead the way in the design, manufacture and supply of size reduction, conveying, material separation, washing, bagging and depacking equipment for the recycling, waste, plastics and manufacturing industry. We have over the years supplied in excess of 500 machines throughout the world, and have three models assigned with NATO stock numbers.

The machines are supplied as stand-alone plant, or as a intregrated “turn-key” system for a new or existing recycling or waste processing facility. For large systems we are typically commissioned to carry design studies, that cover the following information:

Onsite trials:

If any trials are require to evalualate process routes, chemicals, optimmum temperatures, effulent produced etc… we have a onsite demonstation line, that can process around 100-200 kilos per hour of contaminated rigid plastic and around 50 kilos per hour of films.

This line will shred wash, rinse, dry, granulate and air separate materials. Ther processed material can then be sent for further processing or evaulated for value.

Applications:

We have supplied a large number of companies with machinery and systems for recycling plastic drums and IBC`s, paper waste, paint containers, plant pots, HDPE drums, food packaging waste, lead acid battery cases, WEE plastics, HIPS, Agri films, packaging films contaminated with foodstuffs, PET bottles, Totes, meat packaging films, skip waste plastics, mixed plastics, LDPE films, AD waste plastics and packaging, PVC and PVC films and many more. The machinery is processing from a few hundred kilos per hour upto thousands of kilos per hour.

Joint ventures:

As well as outright sales of machines, we have on a number of ocassions, entered into joint ventures in which a % of the machinery cost is paid, and a sum is paid monthly over a 3 to 5 contract time period, the monthly charge can linked into the sale of the processed materials or a fixed fee.

Sales, Installation, Repair, Routine Maintenance, Service contracts and Spare parts supply are all supported from our factory in West Yorkshire. Based 400m from J40 on the M1, we are in prime position for all the major motorway networks.

Equipment rebuild & refurbishment:

Reconditioning or design modifications to existing plant can bring important cost-savings when planning and preparing for new or changing production requirements. We can evaluate cost and feasibility of rebuilding, reconditioning, renewing controls, safety systems and addition of PLC on existing machinery.

Second hand machinery sales:

In addition new machinery sales, we also sell second hand shredders, granulators, conveyors, plastic washers, trommels, overband magnets. All equipment is fully overhauled in our workshop, and warranties, service contacts and spare parts supply
